Every once in a while I get really on the ball and while I am chopping up stuff for one meal, I get things ready for another one (when I've actually done a menu and know what we are having for another meal). Today I had extra time and had the food processor out chopping veggies, so I decided to chop stuff for tomorrow night's dinner. Now I have everything I need for dinner tomorrow prepped and in the fridge. Tomorrow I just have to cut up 2 apples and dump everything in the crock pot and dinner is done!! YAAA! A real meal in no time! - there is something to be grateful for!!
