Thanks Mindi and Jaqui - I love checking your blogs to see what you guys are doing - you keep me up-to-date on the cool things! So this idea came from then and it should be interesting - maybe I actually should be nervous - people tend to remember the wacky clumsy things I do...
1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember! If we're only blogging friends, write about a post that is the most memorable for you.
2. Next, if you feel so inclined, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you leave a memory about me, I'll be sure to write one about you...!
3. If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. ☺ And please do this on your page, too, so we can all share in the fun times together. :)

i remember dropping lincoln off with you kristin for the weekend, the following year we drove all the way to utah to drop linc AND harison off to you for the weekend. you're amazing and my boys love spending time with you and your family. you're so nice!! love you!!! when i asked linc what he remembers about his aunt kristin his response was an immediate "i love them" and hari just woke from a nap & so he's a tad cranky. another memory i recall is going to your house for halloween one year and loving coming into your house because it was always warm and you had good snacks to munch on. that halloween it was the carrots with olives on them that really got my eye. you're so creative!! love you!!
Oh, Krisin! The funny things we all do! Let's see. I will always remember being at camp and feeling like I need to separate you and Mindi-no one should ever give either of you water guns! I will always remember how you told me why you wanted me to be in Young Women. We were at your house as leaders and I told you I had no idea you even knew who I was. The fact that you noticed me at choir practice surprised me. Thanks for noticing-I now have a great friend!
Well I will be the first. I remember way back when I used to live in Utah and I would come down and stay at your apartment for the weekend. We would always stay up talking about everything and everyone when Tim was not around. I especially remember the weekend I came down about a week before Spencer was due and you went into labor that night. So I got to be the first relative to see the little cutie the next morning. Poor Tim he got no sleep that night.
Well...there is the ankle experience...
When I was called as the YW secretary I was scared to death. I didn't even know that you knew who I was. I had always (and still do) thought you were amazing. You just have a countenance about you that shows that you are going in the right direction. When you bore your testimony about receiving inspiration about your presidency, I thought "kay, maybe I can actually do this." You have been a great friend and example to me. You saw me through some pretty hard times and never judged me. I miss seeing you a couple times a week. I miss our early morning walks. Those always started my day off just right.
And now we have a new memory called: "Jaqui says we can get free slurpees, but she was wrong and made the kids cry all the way home." I hope your memory of that is less tragic than mine. Thanks for coming tonight. I had fun even without the slurpees.
P.S. Rootage: A code word used for talking in front of your child about how said child may or may not be the root of many household arguments. :-)
And...crazy presidency meetings until 1 am. Stalking Applebees until 1 am. Sharing your cool air matress with me at camp. Always keeping my scatterbrain on track. Trips to Salt Lake for training and the fun we always had after. You are just one of my best friends and I could go on and on...
you know I think we are getting a bad rep with all the watergun talk.. it was truely inspired f you to bring them and supply them to me.. (note to all,, KRISTIN is the one that brought the gubs to camp) So my memories there are lots and lots.. FOR some reason I remember the date night activity that we dragged Faa and Tim to. and playing apple something or other.. we really learned ALOT about each other that night. I remember youth comference in Moab and you REALLY not going on the river.. I still think you are a great example of a great wife for that. You have such faith in TIm and the priesthood, it is awesome. Of course camp and the water guns was great.. HELLO we even took a hostage with them babies. And we had the most obedient (ok they were scared) girls at camp. I loved serving with you so close with the Laurels, you are an amazing leader and example to me. But I love that we are still friends after being released and that we can have our JC nights.. You are a great example that I love to look up to.. Or maybe it is down you are kind of short.. lol
i remember crying at Grandma Bosley's house when you were leaving to go to college.... :)
So the first memory I have of you was going to our first Den Meeting at your house and being so floored by the amount of organization that you had mastered. I felt completely inept and then the joke was on me because you were released and I was left to my own devices. Well those and Ms. Linton who let's be realistic filled your shoes entirely. You are an amazing woman, and i'm glad I got to work with you for the short time that we did.
