It's a big year!
Along with Jarom being a senior this year, Robby is starting High School and Kayleen is starting Middle School. They are both excited! Spencer gets to be the big brother in 8th grade and look out for Kayleen.
Mornings are crazy getting the kids to three different schools. And for the first time in many years. I'll make my way to school with out any kids with me! I may feel a little lost for a while...

A little sentimental...
Hard to believe how quickly time really does fly by. It's a big year for us. Today my oldest started his Senior Year! He's very excited, and while I am excited for him, there is a little piece inside me (or maybe a big piece) that is is screaming "No!! Wait!! I'm not ready!"
Regardless, time marches on! As part of that, I am feeling the need to document some of this year. Thus my return to my blog.
Sunday night, after dinner, we gathered as a family for the traditional Father's Blessings. As usual, the family was crazy. I sat down at the piano and started playing hymns. Jarom and Kayleen joined in singing, and with a little direct instruction the other two joined in. It's fun to realize that as we sing we can cover all four parts! Music of course is an amazing thing, allowing the spirit to enter in as we prepared for the blessings.
I love listening to Tim talk, though the spirit, to our kids. Each one of them were told things that they needed to hear for this up coming school year. And lucky me! I'm returning to school also, so I get one too!
Senior year! Here we come!
